• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
• As our products are perishable, returns or cancellations after dispatch are not accepted unless there is a clear quality issue.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, returns are not accepted.
• In the rare event you receive a damaged, wrong, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thesecretrecipe.in with photos for verification.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after investigation.
