At The Secret Recipe, every dessert is prepared fresh and handcrafted only after an order is confirmed. Because of this made-to-order process, cancellations are limited and subject to specific conditions.
1. Order Cancellation Before Preparation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided preparation has not yet begun.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@thesecretrecipe.in or call us at +91 9152889414 with your order details.
2. Once Preparation Has Started
- Once your order enters the preparation stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as the product is already being crafted specifically for you.
3. Cancellation by The Secret Recipe
- In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (ingredient availability, service area issues, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel it.
- In such instances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
- For eligible cancellations (as per point 1), the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
- Please note that refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
