Refund Policy

At The Secret Recipe, every product is freshly handcrafted with care, using 100% pure chocolate and natural ingredients. Since our desserts are perishable, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund.
• After 1 hour, the order is considered confirmed and sent for processing. In such cases, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
• To request a cancellation within the 1-hour window, please contact us immediately at support@thesecretrecipe.in or call +91 9152 889 414 with your order details.

2. Refunds

• Refunds (for valid cancellations within 1 hour) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Once the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

3. Damaged or Spoiled Products

• We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all orders. However, The Secret Recipe is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or delay caused during transit by logistics or courier partners, as these factors are beyond our control.
• No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be applicable if:

• The order was not cancelled within 1 hour.
• The customer provided incorrect shipping information.
• The delivery was unsuccessful due to unavailability at the address.
• The product was tampered with or consumed after delivery.
